He has also prepared cases for Judicial Review in the Supreme Court of NSW, successfully challenging the interpretation and case law to achieve results for his clients.
Khristopher’s approach is to ease the burden for his clients in making claims by providing them with clear and direct advice to ensure they are fully informed and confident to make the right decisions about their claims. His inquisitive and insightful nature means he asks the necessary and important questions when providing advice to his clients.
He cites as one of his proudest achievements, a successful work injury damages claim on behalf of a night fill operator at a truck stop petrol pump. His client was the victim of an armed hold-up, sustaining various physical injuries and significant PTSD while at work. Khristopher made a convincing case in demonstrating the employer was negligent in failing to protect their employee from criminal activity by not ensuring proper safety measures and workplace procedures to manage risk and protect their employees.
