Brenna is a solicitor admitted in both New South Wales and New Zealand, bringing cross-jurisdictional experience and a deep commitment to working with survivors of sexual violence.

Before joining Wyatts in 2025, Brenna spent four years in New Zealand as a criminal prosecutor focused on sexual violence and domestic violence offending. In that role she worked closely and directly with victims throughout the prosecution process, developing a thorough understanding of the particular challenges survivors face when engaging with the legal system.

Since moving to New South Wales, Brenna primarily practises in institutional abuse claims and intentional tort matters. She guides clients through the process of seeking compensation for the harm they have suffered, with a focus on achieving outcomes that reflect the true impact on their lives. Grounded in empathy and a trauma-informed approach, she recognises that for many survivors the legal process can be daunting, and her priority is ensuring clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and in control of their own matter at every stage.

Brenna is committed to holding institutions and perpetrators accountable, and to pursuing outcomes that acknowledge the full extent of her clients’ experiences and begin to provide a measure of justice and recognition of the harm caused.
